Ford's Direct-injection Concept Car is Based On The Ka

Unveiled at the Berlin Auto Show, Ford's new engineering research car--based on the Ka--weighs in at 1342 lbs, is powered by a 1.3 liter engine and gets a whopping 91 mpg. The three cylinder motor is all aluminum and magnesium and makes 62 hp. With lightweight components and special low resistance tires, it is a working laboratory for an exercise in abnormal miles per gallon.
