Suzuki's sales of Wagon R sport-utility minicar reach 500,000

According to KYODO NEWS INTERNATIONAL, Suzuki Motor Corporation reported that total cumulative sales of its Wagon R recreational minicar have reached 500,000 units in three years and two months since its launch in September 1993. This is the fastest that any minicar has sold that many units. Suzuki believes that wider seat room and trunk space have helped to boost sales of the multipurpose car.
