Craig Breedlove, as you saw in these pages a few days ago, is about ready to launch his assault on the world-speed record. Although he has impressive sponsorship from Shell, Auto Zone, Chevrolet, Jet Hot coatings, et al, there is never enough money available for full time testing, the record run, plus what comes afterward to publicize the feat.
