BMW to Sell Factory Approved Used Cars

Following the lead of two other major car makers, BMW is instituting a certified used car sales program. Like Mercedes, BMW factory trained technicians will inspect each car. Once certified for sale, cars will be backed with a protection plan and a 24 hour roadside assistance program. No vehicles with expired warranties will be certified. Dealers will have the option of advertising the program locally, which is a shot in the arm for the retailer who is now going up against used car supermarts.
