Saturn Dealers are Tops In Customer Satisfaction

San Diego based Strategic Vision, Inc has released its Dealer Quality Index Study that shows Saturn dealers provide the best service and quality of service. The 240 sample study, which required interviewing consumers for two hours, was used to structure a survey that received 35,000 responses. GM as a whole scored well. 1000 was a perfect score and the scoring was set up by car price groups.
