First Planet Hollywood...Now NASCAR Thunder

NASCAR, the race sanctioning body that has branched out into 16 racing series on 82 race tracks, purveyors of tons of NASCAR apparel and NASCAR properties is opening a chain of themed restaurants and retail stores. The first one in the NASCAR chain has opened in Gwinnett Place mall in Atlanta, Ga. Others will open in Myrtle Beach, S.C. and Irvine, California. While CART/INDY car and IRL squabble, NASCAR forges ahead to more fully consume spectator interest and enhance their "good guys" image.
