Dodge Viper Has a Ragtop Problem

The U.S. Highway Safety agency is looking into complaints that the convertible tops are flying off exotic Dodge Viper supercars. Three owners complained that the non-securely fastened soft tops flew off and caused accidents. The NHTSA said they have 13 similar complaints re the Vipers' canvas top and there are now 3500 Vipers on the road.
