GM Sues Volkswagen and Volkswagen VP

The Associated Press reported that GM has filed suit against Volkswagen and Volkswagen's VP Jose Ignacio Lopez de Arriortua. The suit seeks reaparation of damages arising from what GM calls theft of company secrets. Lopez used to work for GM, but was hired away by Volkswagen on the day he was to become second in charge of GM.
