Toyota Production Up, Nissan and Mitsubishi Production Down

The NikkeiNet reported that January 1996's vehicle production for Toyota rose 10.1% when compared to January, 1995. Production gains that Toyota scores are comparable to a 5.9% drop in Nissan's production (the first decline in 14 months), and a 5.8% drop in production at Mitsubishi Motor Corp.
