The most exclusive residential community at sea will have 132 apartments and 22 guest suites. 320 meters long Ulyssia will have a gross tonnage of 99600 and will be built by legendary shipbuilder Meyer Werft of Germany.

It will have a medical center with CT scans, MRI-s and X rays.

On the fun side it will have two helicopters, fishing boats, jet skis and a fully equipped dive center.For the family you will have cooking classes, a youth and teen club and of course if you still need to do business there will be conference rooms and a business .

The cost? It starts at 10 million dollars per apartment. Before you think this is crazy-it isn’t.
