Honda Reports US Sales For September 2023

American Honda Advances Sales Momentum with Strong September and 3rd Quarter Sales Results

• American Honda total sales over 115,000 units, up 45.5% in September and 52.7% in Q3, despite supply constraints for some models
• Honda brand sales are up 44.4% to over 102,000 in September, and up 51% in 3Q (302,250) with turn rates over 70%
• Honda electrified sales continue to set records as CR-V and Accord hybrid-electric models combine for 218,684 in first nine months and already set annual electrified record
• CR-V has best month of year, tops 30,000 units for 7th straight month; 56% of 2023 sales are hybrid-electric
• HR-V has record September (12,801) and best month of the year as inventory improves
• Accord and Civic combine for 35,519 units; 54% of Accord September sales are hybrid-electric
• Acura brand hot streak continues, with sales up 54.9% in September and 69.3% in Q3, reaching 2022 full year sales in first 9 months (110,535) with September sales over 12,500 units
• Integra tops 2,500 units in sales for the 8th straight month; leads luxury gateway segment
• Acura SUVs pack 1-2 punch topping 8,000 with RDX posting best sales month in two years
