Honda Reports August Sales

• New products continue to power Honda and Acura brands, as American Honda sales total 111,994 units in August despite continued industry logistics and supply issues

Honda Brand

• Honda brand up over 56% on August sales of 99,785 units, with turn rates above 75%
• Honda electrified models post record August sales, topping 25,000 units for the 6th straight month with both CR-V and Accord hybrid-electric models exceeding 50% of sales mix
• CR-V nears 31,000 units, marking 6th straight month of 30,000 units or better
• Pilot sales top 10,000 units despite supply issues
• HR-V posts best month of the year and best August of all time on sales of 11,404 units
• Odyssey tops 5,900 units, and 50,000 for the year, to remain a force in the minivan segment
• Civic and Accord maintain passenger car sales momentum, combining for more than 34,000 units

Acura Brand

• Acura sales surpass 12,000 units for 6th straight month, up 47% in 2023 on balanced sales results
• New Integra passes 2,500 units for the 7th straight month, maintaining sales momentum and leadership of the premium gateway segment. Recently launched Integra Type S contributes 11% of sales mix
• TLX sales (1,231) driven by strong performance of Type S models (26% of mix)
• RDX (3,962) and MDX (4,172) combine for more than 8,100 units, with RDX posting its best month of the year
