Tell Secretary Pete Buttigieg: Back Buy America and End the Offshoring Loophole!

Right now, the U.S. Department of Transportation is reviewing a longtime waiver of Buy America for manufactured products used in infrastructure. Importers are fighting hard to keep the waiver on the books.

If they succeed, it would mean taxpayer dollars will be spent on foreign-made goods instead of supporting U.S. workers and helping to rebuild American manufacturing and supply chains.

The deadline to send comments to the agency is Monday, April 17 — which means we have only four days to act!
