NASHVILLE, Tenn. December 18, 2022; INFINITI has been named the winner in PR Daily's Media Relations Awards in the Use of a Celebrity or Personality Category for the 2022 INFINITI QX60 Launch.

PR Daily's Media Relations Awards celebrates the innovative strategies that secured media coverage, the people and teams that excelled in crafting engaging stories, and more. Ragan held a special award celebration on December 12 at the Yale Club in New York City, recognizing the best media relations work from the past year.

INFINITI was chosen from a wide pool of entries to receive recognition in the 'Use of a Celebrity or Personality' category for its impressive work with the INFINITI QX60 Launch. To launch the 2022 QX60 SUV, INFINITI enlisted some major Hollywood talent for "INFINITI Presents: Conquer Life in Style with the All-New QX60," a short film directed by Zack Snyder and featuring Oscar-nominated actress Kate Hudson.

"This award is a true testament to the hard work of the incredible INFINITI team and all our agency partners that contributed to the execution of such a wildly successful campaign for the all-new QX60. Many thanks to all for the dedication and to PR Daily for the recognition." said Craig Keeys, Group Vice President, INFINITI Americas.

Hudson was selected as the embodiment of "Claire," the personification of the brand's target buyer based on likely customers, for her strong presence on screen. The film, streamed to hundreds of thousands of people, and earned 3,029 media placements from June-Dec. 2021, with 98% of sentiment registering positive or neutral.

"INFINITI set themselves apart from an outstanding field of entrants. Their work was exceptional and displayed their innovative strategies for achieving success. Congratulations, INFINITI. We look forward to your continued success," said Brendan Gannon, Senior Marketing Manager for Awards Programs at Ragan Communications.

After the debut, INFINITI pivoted to a 10-day experiential drive program for more than 100 global media members and influencers. The program, designed to bring "Claire" to life for participants, centered on a day in the world of "Claire." Journalists could also download an app to manage their itineraries, share images and connect with the support staff at multiple locations. The app included press materials, specifications, executive team bios, photography, and videography from the event and more.

INFINITI has been recognized for its accomplishment in a special write-up on Ragan's internationally-read news website.
