Austin TX 0ctober 20, 2022; Since their first race back in 2016, Haas F1 Team has searched unsuccessfully for stability in a title partnership with the team, but today’s announcement at the 2022 USGP has named MoneyGram International, Inc., a global provider of financial transfer services, marks a turn for the teams fortunes.

“We are pleased to welcome an incredible brand like MoneyGram as our new title sponsor,” said Gene Haas, Founder and Chairman of Haas F1 Team. “Since our entrance into the F1 World Championship in 2016, Haas F1 Team has earned a reputation of strength, agility and resilience. MoneyGram brings a similar drive to the world of financial services, and we’re ready to work together to maximize results on and off the track.”

Described as a multiyear agreement, new team livery will be featured in 2023 with an unveiling ahead of the new season. Speed, technology and Formula 1’s global audience are all central to the themes shared by both team and partner, with Team Principal Guenther Steiner adding: “MoneyGram is a global leader in fintech and payments and is always setting out to push the boundaries of technology. It’s that eagerness for innovation that really drew us to partner with MoneyGram, and we’re confident that we will continue to grow together and reach our full potential.”

Haas F1 Team appears this weekend for their 7th race as a team at a festive 10th anniversary of the United States Grand Prix at Circuit of The Americas, and they are currently running 8th in the World Constructors’ Championship, level on points at 34 with Scuderia AlphaTauri and trailing the Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant F1 Team by 11 points.
