In the world of luxury three-row massive SUVs with six figure price tags packed with bells and whistles, the new from the ground up Lexus LX 600 F-sport has not gone the route of its competition by increasing its size. Instead, it has retained its size and eliminated some of its weight by redistribution which has enhanced its interior space utilization. The F Sport trim includes a torque-sensing limited-slip differential, leather seats, 22-inch wheels, and a 25-speaker Mark Levinson audio system.

No, there is no V8. Instead it has increased by 26 hp and 76 lb-ft by powering with a twin-turbocharged 3.5-litre V6 producing 409 horsepower and 479 lb-ft of torque. That is coupled to a 10-speed automatic transmission with a four-wheel-drive system and adjustable low and high ranges. As you'd expect the ride is powerful, the cruising experience is exceptional and the engine/road noise is so quiet it's eerie. You sit at a height that allows the calming effect of being able to see over practically everything on the road, which is very beneficial with our freeways be populated by both inexperienced drivers and aggressive hotrodders. The driver assist cameras are very helpful when parking and other tight spots.
