New research reveals the cheapest (& most expensive) countries in the world
to buy a new sports car and the USA ranks as the second cheapest country.
The car insurance experts at Confused.com

Buying a sports car such as a Ford Mustang isn’t likely to be cheap in many
parts of the world. However, Canada is the cheapest country to buy in, with
a list price of $25,213. While this is just for the base model of the
Mustang, it’s still very affordable for such an iconic vehicle!
The US ranks as the second cheapest country to purchase a sports car ($27,205),
whilst Australia ranks in third ($40,568).
The research also revealed the most expensive countries to buy a sports car

With the Mustang not currently available to be purchased new in Singapore,
the most expensive country in this instance goes to Cambodia, with a cost
of $145,000. The reason the price is so expensive here is that all vehicles
and parts are imported into the country.
Further Study Insights:
- The cheapest country to buy an SUV is Canada ($22,806), whilst the
most expensive is Singapore ($129,673).
- An EV can be purchased at the lowest price in Macau ($40,382), however
in Singapore this figure is significantly higher ($83,489).

If you’re after a new hatchback, the US offers the cheapest purchasing
rates ($23,195), whilst Singapore sees the most expensive ($134,842).
