Media credentials information and policies/guidelines for Goodyear All American Speedway

Good afternoon,

We are looking forward to our first race on July 31st and strive to be as
media friendly as possible. I wanted to send out our credential policy and
our guidelines for credentialed media.

In short, we will have a pretty open door policy and encourage any and all
media outlets to come to our races this season, and exemptions to
requirements for pre-race authorization for media credentials are being put
in place for traditional local media in the Jacksonville area as well as
well established and respected motorsports publications.

Please check out our guidelines and policy below. If you have any
questions, don't hesitate to call or text me.

Thank you,

Andy Marquis

recaps after our events unless a situation inhibits our ability to do so.
