Flash and also Dash

The Flash. Even standing still, this 4 seat coupe Lexus beast has the lines and look of a SpaceX shuttlecraft. The chisled flowing ridges bespeak that beneath its skin is an agile, musclebound cheetah ready to be unleashed at the slightest touch. A sprinkling of subtle vents add visual enhancements and understated details to its already bold character. With a large variety of color schemes for both inside and out, your RC is probably available in your favorites.

The Dash. Putting your foot on the floor engages the 472-hp 5.0-liter V-8 is a launch-like moment as the tuned 8-speed automatic hyper shifts to clock a 0 to 60 in 4 seconds. At freeway cruising speeds there is an effortless quality to the ride. In town the RC will surprise you with its super tight turning radius erasing the need of 3 point U-turns in narrow streets.

In the safety area, the RC has good crash test stats, and given the effectiveness of collision-avoidance tech these days your virtual co-pilot will keep you alerted and in many cases help you make the moves needed to stay safe.

The infotainment system has rankled some folks due to the continued use of the touchscreen controller, but what many critics fail to realize is that it takes time to set preferences and favorites. Once those are set, the combination of steeringwheel buttons, and more importantly, voice commands are the fastest, easiest, and safest way to navigate, listen, and access your smartphone.
