Kasota, MN June 11, 2020; Drive A Tank, the only venue in the US where you can drive authentic military tanks and shoot historic military weapons, has reopened its doors to the public after the COVID-19 virus shutdown. Operating under strict safety guidelines to protect employees and customers, Drive A Tank has temporarily changed its operation procedures as follows:

• To enforce social distancing, groups have been replaced by time slots for drivers and their passengers.
• Masks will be provided to all participants.
• Each tank, gun, and control handles are disinfected after each use.
• Hand sanitizers and Clorox wipes are set out for passenger use

Drive A Tank started in Kasota, Minnesota in 2006, and has been providing adrenaline-inducing quasi-military adventures to thrill seekers ever since. With eight authentic military tanks and several additional military vehicles that have been used in actual combat, you can drive a tank in a number of different scenarios and run over just about anything that gets in your way.

One of Drive A Tank’s most popular adventures is the Car Crush where you drive over and crush one or two cars and then take photos with the cars you just demolished. Other exciting experiences include driving an authentic WWII Sherman Tank, an FV-433 Abbott with an open hatch, driving an FV432 Armored Personnel Carrier with only a periscope to navigate your way, choosing your firearms and shooting them in the controlled indoor the firing range for some target practice, and learning about the history of tanks and motorized military vehicles.
