*THE CONCOURS CLUB'S STATE-OF-THE-ART BEST IN CLASS DRIVING CIRCUIT IN PROGRESS WITH OPENING SCHEDULED FOR FALL 2019*

The Concours Club http://www.theconcoursclub.com, a groundbreaking “arrive and drive?? luxury automotive country club located within the Miami Opa-Locka Executive Airport, is excited to announce the opening of their “best in class?? club in the Fall of 2019. The much-anticipated club will be a haven for all collectors, drivers & motorsports enthusiasts, that are like minded, in a carefully curated club experience all within a highly secured 70-acre campus environment.

A focal point of the club’s opening will most certainly center around the astonishing 2- mile-long driving circuit designed by Alan Wilson; revered throughout the industry for his decades of experience in motorsports design. In addition to being surfaced by a world-renowned pavement expert with 90,000 square yards of specially-engineered asphalt made to withstand the intense Miami climate, the course will be cutting-edge and digitally marshaled, combining closed circuit cameras with electronic flag panels and integrated timing loops. With a highly trained and experienced staff on hand, the course will utilize a predictive flagging system designed to rapidly and accurately notify drivers of changing track conditions. These state-of-the-art systems have been designed and built by Racetrack Engineering, leaders in motorsport technology.

The location, level of comfort, prestige and quality that is inherent in every single element of The Concours Club is without comparison,?? said Alan Wilson. “No other track can boast of its location in the very center of a major city, especially one as vibrant and exciting as Miami. Designed to meet the needs of drivers of all skill levels, it will provide everyone who uses it with excitement and challenge.??

The layout offers multiple course configurations, facilitated by two separate pit lanes, providing opportunities for members and corporate guests to use the facility at the same time. This will ensure that The Concours Club will become a must-visit location for manufacturers to host launches of their new products, for the media to test vehicles, and for members to enjoy maximum track time.

Designed to meet or exceed internationally recognized standards, The Concours Club is equally committed to providing unparalleled levels of safety for its members and guests. All course runoff areas are paved providing drivers a low consequence margin for error. As a final line of defense, over 1,500 FIA certified TecPro energy absorbing blocks and Geobrugg catch fences have been installed in areas where extra protection is required. This fencing was originally designed to catch rockslides and avalanches and represents the paragon of motorsport fencing. Additional aspects of note regarding the circuit include: -

Innovative custom software for track supervision -

Network of closed circuit television cameras surveying the entire course -

Over 7,500 linear feet of track specific concrete curbs -

Over 20 integrated timing beacons -

Track includes a 2,100 ft straightaway featuring a high speed kink -

Unique complexes of turns designed to create passing opportunities - Track includes a signature “carousel?? turn around the clubhouse allowing guests a proximity to cars that creates an unprecedented intimate viewing experience -

Track can be run in seven different configurations each with its own unique challenges -

5ft of elevation change creates thrilling “blind?? corners as well as allows for a combination of on-camber and off-camber complexes.

For us, the most important things to offer to our members are an incredible, unique racing and social experience combined with top-of-the-line facilities,?? said club co- founder Neil Gehani. “We wanted to make sure that we left no expense spared in any aspect of the project, including the engineering of the asphalt by world-renowned engineers. Members can expect the same quality features as an FIA-approved track such as TecPro Barriers, high-grip coating, and much more. “

The Concours Club will be the first private track to partner with an industry-leading race simulation provider located on site. Members of the club will have access to the same type of simulator orientation and training programs required by the organizers of professional racing series. This is notable due to the fact that this type of offering is usually meant only for professional teams and their drivers. The ability to make “rookie mistakes?? and eventually hone their skills to professional performance level in a virtual environment will provide Concours Club members with a cutting-edge training program.
