Chicago, Ill. (2018) – Prestone Products Corporation, a leader in the development of under the hood chemicals, today announced that its 1972 AMC Javelin AMX 'Defiant!' will be a new option to drive in CSR Racing 2, a hyper-real drag mobile racing game that puts the thrill of the sport in the palms of your hands. The game allows users to compete against live players around the world with supercars including Ferrari LaFerrari, McLaren P1TM, Koenigsegg One:1 and many more.

The AMC Javelin AMX 'Defiant!' was built in partnership with the Ringbrothers to honor Prestone’s 90th Anniversary. The 1000-horsepower Javelin embodies traditional American muscle while embracing automotive innovation. The vehicle, which was unveiled at the 2017 SEMA Show, will be on display at Prestone’s booth during this year’s SEMA Show alongside CSR Racing 2 gaming stations for guests to put the virtual pedal to the metal. For those unable to attend the show, the app is available for download on iOS and Android devices.

“We are very excited to have our 1972 Javelin AMX featured in CSR Racing 2.,” said Gretchen Hickman, Prestone’s VP of Marketing. “It is a great opportunity for automotive and gaming enthusiasts to experience the force of the car alongside other supercars. The vehicle holds a special place in the heart of the Prestone brand and we are excited to see others enjoy it in this capacity.”
