Porsche Drive launches in Canada

Short-term Porsche rentals now available in the Montreal area

BROSSARD, QC, June 1, 2018 /CNW/ - For the first time in Canada, individuals interested in driving an exclusive line-up of Porsche two and four-door sports cars for short-term rental, now have the opportunity via Porsche Drive. Representation from each Porsche model line, consisting of 718 Boxster, 718 Cayman, Panamera, Macan, Cayenne, as well as the legendary 911, are currently available as part of the program offered by Porsche Centre Rive-Sud, on the south shore of Montreal.

Those interested can select a rental period as short as an hour and as long as a week. Pricing starts at $149 for an hour-long rental of a 718 Boxster or 718 Cayman, the brand's award-winning mid-engine sports cars.

The Porsche Drive program is part of a worldwide new mobility services pilot that underscores the brand's efforts and commitment in offering sporty mobility solutions for the future. Another example is Porsche Passport, a U.S. offering introduced last year, which allows participants to reserve models based on their membership level.

Porsche Drive was originally conceived and launched at the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart in May 2014. Since then, it has expanded to two more locations in Germany, one in Switzerland, as well as the latest in Brossard, Quebec.
