Toyota Announces Executive Leadership Appointments in North America

PLANO, Texas, (Feb. 9, 2018) – Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) today announced executive changes across its North American operations.

The following changes will take effect on April 1, 2018, unless otherwise noted:

Norm Bafunno will be promoted to senior vice president, Unit Manufacturing and Engineering, TMNA, in Plano, where he will be responsible for all unit plants and Unit Production Engineering in North America.

John Kennelly will be promoted to group vice president, Competitiveness Project, in Plano, where he will have responsibilities for identifying opportunities to realize revenue enhancement and cost reduction leading to greater regional performance.

Doug Beebe was promoted to vice president, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) on Jan. 22. He oversees the ERP program for TMNA.

Kazuo Noda was promoted to vice president, Executive Office, Toyota Motor Credit Corporation, effective Jan. 1.

Jeff Moore will retire on March 31 after completing more than 19 years of service to Toyota. He currently serves as senior vice president, Unit Manufacturing and Engineering, TMNA, in Georgetown, Kentucky
