Atticus Firey, head of global consumer automotive aftermarket company, joins Internet Marketing Association’s International Executive Council.

NEW YORK, NY January 25, 2018 - Automotive Care Laboratories, LLC (ACL), a rapidly growing, global, consumer products company offering a number of widely known brands, such as West Coast Customs Car Care, has announced its Chief Executive Officer, Atticus Firey, has been appointed to the Internet Marketing Association’s (IMA) International Executive Council. The IMA, a professional organization and one of the fastest growing internet marketing groups in the world, is underwritten by corporate partners to provide members an opportunity to learn, engage and define Internet Marketing best practices. The International Executive Council is comprised of individuals who provide trend-forward vision and influence for the Internet marketing community around the world. 

Firey, who oversees ACL’s strategic/corporate planning, brand strategy, sales management, and acquisition planning, as well as all other operational aspects, brings the IMA’s International Executive Council a deep reservoir of strategic leadership and marketing communications expertise. His background includes C-level roles at Blue River Interactive, a developer of marketing infrastructure and content management technologies, where he was Chief Strategy Officer, and Meguiar’s, Inc., a leading car care surface products company, where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. While at Meguiar’s, Inc. he improved annual sales growth from $27M to $280M, culminating in the #1 market share position globally.

The IMA International Executive Council has several core objectives which include representing the IMA with international businesses, governments and universities, advising the IMA on international, cultural and business issues and opportunities, connecting nations around the central topic of Internet marketing, and assisting in the development of global standards within the Internet industry.
