Ford Honors MSX International at Its 19th Annual World Excellence Awards

DEARBORN, Mich., Aug. 2, 2017 -- Ford honored MSX International, a leading global business process outsourcing company, as an Aligned Business Framework Supplier of the Year at its 19th annual World Excellence Awards.

MSXI was presented with the award by Hau Thai-Tang, Ford Motor Company group vice president, global purchasing. Honorees were recognized based on the Aligned Business Framework principles focused on quality, value, and innovation.

MSXI works with Ford in a variety of capacities. Wholly-owned subsidiary Geometric Results, Inc. manages Ford's contingent workforce. Its Retail Network Solutions and Sewells-MSXI business units provides training and BPO services for Ford's sales and aftersales groups globally.

This is the second consecutive year that MSXI was honored with a Ford World Excellence Award. Last year Sewells MSXI earned a Silver Award. MSXI was originally awarded Aligned Business Framework designation in 2012.
