ZIM Announces Changes in its Management Team

HAIFA, Israel, July 26, 2017 --

ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (ISIN: IL0065100443)(ISIN: IL0065100856) (the "Company") announces changes in its management team as follows:

• Mr. Saar Dotan, who served as VP Business Projects, has been appointed as VP Sales & Customer Service. Mr. Dotan has held various other postions in ZIM, among which he served as Europe Area Managing Director, VP Ship Management & Chartering and VP HR. Mr. Dotan has vast expereince and proven managerial capabilities.
• Mr. Yohai Benita, who served in various key financial positions in ZIM, including as Global Budget Manager for the last five years and has vast financial experience, has been appointed as Acting Chief Financial Officer, until the nomination of a permanent CFO, replacing Guy Eldar who has completed his term.
• Ms. Yael Livant, currently Partnerships Manager, has been appointed as Planning & Development Division Manager, replacing Ms. Daphna Dvir, who will be retiring after 35 years of service in the Company. Ms. Livant has vast and successful experience in various commercial, sales and operational positions.
• Mr. Dudi Avni will be leaving the Company after 11 successful years, during which he served as the Company's CIO for 9 years and as VP Customer Service for the last two years.
