(Sept. 29, 2016) – Monster Moto, America’s premier powersports producer of off-road mini bikes and go-karts, announced that its U.S.-based assembly operations are in high gear as the team works to complete its transition from overseas assembly operations. With its move to Ruston, La., there are now more than 60 employees currently employed at its new 100,000 square-foot headquarters and every product that comes off the assembly line is stamped with the “Proudly Assembled in the U.S.A.�?? label. The process to bring assembly operations to the U.S. has taken about a year to complete with extensive restructuring of operations and logistics. By the end of 2017, Monster Moto plans to be assembling all of its products in the United States. Careful preparation throughout this transition has allowed Monster Moto to increase quality control while maintaining the same price point as when the products were being assembled overseas.
