New 2017 ROUSH Mustang RS — Yours for Under $30K

PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, MICH. (July 29, 2016) — The new 2017 ROUSH Mustang RS is a streamlined fusion of irresistibly good looks, stunning bodylines and a ferocious tone. And now, drivers can own it for under $30,000 MSRP.

The RS’s 3.7L V6 engine produces 300 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque to get its 19-inch black GT Performance Pack wheels spinning.

The 2017 RS is outfitted with the ROUSH R7 Aero Fascia including a front fascia with aero pockets, high-flow upper grille with RS badging, a high-flow lower opening, front chin splitter, and performance driving lamps (on convertibles only). A hood scoop, body side scoops, and ROUSH fender badges complement additional ROUSH touches including side rocker aero aids, a rear blackout panel with ROUSH badging, and a rear decklid spoiler (on fastbacks only). Drivers experience the RS heritage with a ROUSH windshield banner, license plate and RS serialized engine bay plaque.

In the cockpit of the new RS, an interior medallion resides on the dash with a ROUSH instrument gauge cluster and embroidered floor mats. ROUSH door sill plates add a sleek and polished appearance.

The RS offers plenty of opportunity for customization with the inclusion of the new-for-2017 RS side graphics, a hood graphic, and low-gloss black rear deck lid spoiler (requires the matte black hood and side graphic options). Twenty-inch Quicksilver or Polished wheels are each available wrapped in Ultra High Performance Cooper tires for drivers that prefer a larger wheel. An optional Dual V6 Performance Exhaust System can be installed at the dealer for a more aggressive tone, while billet performance pedals and ROUSH leather seating options (leather upgrade with RS embroidery or a highlight stitch) provide additional creature comforts. Further options include a 6-speed ROUSH shifter ball, convertible styling bar, ROUSH trunk-mounted tool kit, ROUSH hood strut lift assist, quarter-window scoops, and locking lug nuts for optimum personalization.
