ATA Recognizes Five Allied Members for Support of Advocacy Efforts

WASHINGTON, May 2, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Today, American Trucking Associations thanked five allied members for purchasing pavers at ATA's Capitol Hill office to help support the trucking industry's advocacy efforts.

"Our members consistently tell us that advocacy is their most important reason for membership in ATA," said ATA President and CEO Bill Graves. "A large part of our advocacy effort is maintaining a permanent presence on Capitol Hill, just steps from where decision makers are writing the laws that affect our industry. By stepping up to place a paver at our Capitol Hill office, these companies are ensuring ATA and the trucking industry will continue to have a permanent presence on Capitol Hill, and we are tremendously grateful for their support."

The five companies that will be recognized are EpicVue; HELP Inc., providers of PrePass; HireRight; U.S. Legal Services and Velociti.

The pavers they purchased are inscribed with their corporate name and have been installed on the rooftop terrace at ATA's Hill office, a premier entertainment facility for the trucking industry, congressional receptions and ATA's Call on Washington.

For more information on the paver program and a full list of the 72 additional companies and individuals that have purchased an ATA Paver visit www.atapavers.com.
