2016 Detroit Auto Show - Eyes on Design Awards

Three new EyesOn Design Awards to be presented at North American International Auto Show

January 5, 2016, Detroit, Michigan. The EyesOn Design Awards for Design Excellence, the officially-sanctioned design awards at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS), will be presented Tuesday, January 12 at 4:55 pm, at the COBO Center Atrium. Members of the media and the public are invited to attend.

The EyesOn Design Awards will be presented to vehicles unveiled at the Detroit auto show in these categories, including three which are new for 2016:

* EyesOn Design Award for Design Excellence - Production Car
* EyesOn Design Award for Design Excellence - Production Truck (new)
* EyesOn Design Award for Design Excellence - Concept Car
* EyesOn Design Award for Design Excellence - Concept Truck (new)
* EyesOn Design Award for Design Excellence - Best Designed Interior
* EyesOn Design Award for Innovative Use of Color, Graphics and Materials
* EyesOn Design Award for Design Excellence - Human Machine Interface (new)

The EyesOn Design Awards are selected by a group of active and retired design leaders at automotive manufacturers worldwide and the top transportation design chiefs at top design schools around the globe.
