FCA US ranked ninth and highest-rated automaker on the annual “LATINA Style 50” report out of more than 800 corporations evaluated

Company recognized 12 times in the Top 50 since report was established in 1997

AUBURN HILLS, MI -- September 9, 2015: The most influential publication reaching the contemporary Hispanic woman, LATINA Style magazine, has recognized FCA US LLC as number nine on the magazine’s annual list of the 50 best companies in the U.S. for Hispanic women to work. Editors evaluated more than 800 corporations for the report.

For 12 years, FCA US, formerly Chrysler Group, has earned a top position on the LATINA Style 50 report, which analyzes company efforts for promoting diversity and career advancement opportunities for Hispanic women.

“We are honored by the recognition from LATINA Style magazine. Diverse talent in the workplace is essential for innovation, growth and success,” said Marlin Page, Diversity and Inclusion Officer, FCA US. “Encouraging diversity helps our company thrive, while producing head-turning products that reflect our customer base.”

Additionally, LATINA Style magazine has selected FCA US as one of its Top Twelve companies of the year for the annual report. As one of the Top Twelve companies, FCA US receives special recognition, which includes a profile of the highest-ranking Latina at the Company.

LATINA Style magazine was the first national magazine to address the concerns of the working Hispanic woman. As the LATINA Style slogan, “empowering Latinas, one woman at a time,” suggests, the magazine aims to “highlight, promote and bring recognition to the professional Latinas in corporate America and provide a valuable reference tool for Latinas entering the workforce or changing careers.” The magazine also focuses on companies that have programs to recruit veterans and military personnel.

FCA US and its diversity programs are featured in the August special issue of LATINA Style. The report is distributed to Hispanic professional and civic organizations, national women’s organizations, more than 2,000 college and universities and major Hispanic recruitment conferences.

The LATINA Style 50 companies will be honored during the magazine’s Awards Ceremony & Diversity Leaders Conference in Washington on Feb. 4, 2016.
