GM Declares Dividend on Common Stock

DETROIT -- September 2, 2015: General Motors Co. Board of Directors today declared a third quarter 2015 dividend of 36 cents per share on its common stock. The third quarter dividend is payable Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2015 to all common stockholders of record as of Monday, Sept. 14, 2015.
