Nissan Group Reports July 2015 U.S. Sales

NASHVILLE, TN -- August 3, 2015: Nissan Group today announced total U.S. sales for July 2015 of 130,872 units, an increase of 7.8 percent over the prior year and a July record.

Nissan highlights:

Nissan Division finished July with 120,439 sales, up 6.7 percent and also a July record.

Overall sales of Nissan crossovers, trucks and SUVs were up 22 percent.

Sales of the Nissan Rogue crossover set a July record at 25,081, an increase of 50.9 percent.

Sales of the Murano crossover increased 17.7 percent to 5,459.

Nissan’s best-selling vehicle – Altima – set a July record with 33,842 sales, up 27 percent.
