Enterprise Holdings Receives Awards from TalentEgg, CACEE and Enactus Canada

TORONTO -- July 6, 2015: Enterprise Holdings has been recognized for recruitment excellence this year by three Canadian organizations, furthering the company's reputation as one of Canada's best employers. The accolades include:

Enterprise Holdings was named the winner of the 2015 TalentEgg National Campus Recruitment Excellence Awards in the Best Grad Program category, and also placed as a finalist for Best Campus Career Site; The Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers (CACEE) named Enterprise Holdings' career website as the winner of its Excellence in Innovation Award in Technology; and The Enactus Canada Human Resources Advisory Council named Enterprise Holdings its Recruitment Team of the Year. Enterprise Holdings, which owns and operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands, has set an industry standard for recruiting practices in Canada for the past 21 years with its Enterprise Rent-A-Car Management Training and Management Internship programs.

The Enterprise Rent-A-Car Management Training Program provides entry-level employees with hands-on experience running a business, building leadership qualities and providing face-to-face customer service. The program serves as a pipeline for future company leadership.

Enterprise Holdings' promote-from-within culture is a driving force behind its need to recruit university- and college-educated individuals each year. This year the company is on track to hire more than 500 management trainees and 100 interns in Canada. In addition, the company will have more than 750 promotions in Canada alone.

"It is an honour to be recognized by these esteemed Canadian organizations for our recruitment efforts," said Randal Narike, senior vice president of Canadian Operations at Enterprise Holdings. "These latest honours underscore the work Enterprise Holdings does to recruit and develop its talented workforce in Canada."

TalentEgg National Recruitment Excellence Awards

The TalentEgg National Campus Recruitment Excellence Award was presented to Enterprise Holdings in the category of Best Grad Program for the company's Management Training Program. The awards, determined by student judges from across Canada, allow employers to earn recognition within the industry and gather valuable feedback on how their recruitment programs are perceived by students who have experienced them firsthand. Enterprise Holdings also placed as a finalist for Best Campus Career Site.

CACEE Excellence in Innovation Award for Technology

CACEE is a non-profit dedicated to advancing and supporting on-campus recruitment and career education. Enterprise Holdings received the CACEE Excellence in Innovation Award in Technology for its careers website. The award recognizes Web 2.0, social networking or other technology programs designed to engage and recruit graduates.

The Enterprise Holdings careers website aims to educate candidates on career opportunities, provide background on the company's culture and convert candidates to applicants. Student-focused content is fully integrated throughout the entire careers site, which also includes a section specific to the student audience.

Enactus Canada Recruitment Team of the Year

Enactus Canada is a community of student, academic and business leaders enabling progress through entrepreneurial action. The Enactus Canada Human Resources Advisory Council recognized Enterprise Holdings as Recruitment Team of the Year for the company's participation in Enactus Canada's recruitment activities since 2005. Members of Enterprise Holdings' talent acquisition team have served as competition judges, delivered development workshops for Enactus students and served as panelists during the organization's National Exposition.

"We work hard to recruit top talent and provide opportunities for students as they begin their careers after graduation," said Marie Artim, vice president of talent acquisition at Enterprise Holdings. "To be recognized for both our Management Training Program and our careers website is an honour because we not only see students as our company's future, but also as Canada's future."
