GEICO Seeking College Graduates for Claims Leadership Program in Northern California

SAN DIEGO -- June 16, 2015: With a new crop of college graduates ready to join the workforce, GEICO is hiring recent college graduates with leadership qualities and an interest in a career in auto damage adjusting for its Management Development Program (MDP) in San Francisco and San Jose.

GEICO's fast-track management training program provides mentoring opportunities, real life business projects and management forums to help develop college graduates into future business leaders.

GEICO's auto adjusters are the company's ambassadors of customer service. Auto damage adjusting is an ideal career for those with excellent customer service and time management skills who enjoy getting out from behind a desk and into the field to help customers get back on the road.

Auto damage MDP candidates must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a related field, and at least a 3.0 cumulative undergraduate GPA from an accredited college or university. Candidates should also have demonstrated leadership experience — whether on campus, in the community or at work — and possess well-developed analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
