New Job Board Offers Free Job Postings to Help Auto Industry Professionals Capitalize on Increasing Opportunities

NAPERVILLE, Ill., June 16, 2015; AutoServiceJobs.com announced today the launch of its site, a robust platform connecting automotive industry professionals with leading companies across the U.S. The site aims to become the premier destination for mechanics, technicians, sales personnel, client advisors and other automotive industry professionals seeking employment opportunities.

The site launches on the heels of reports of the automotive industry's creation of more than 500,000 new jobs over the past five years. Employers can post jobs for free on AutoServiceJobs.com through the end of 2015.

"Though we've still not reached pre-recession levels, there is a strong and increasing demand for automotive service staff and technicians," said John Azmy, president. "Our goal is to provide a comprehensive, easy-to-use tool to help automotive industry professionals capitalize on the opportunities that are becoming available as the industry continues to rebound."

AutoServiceJobs.com is a feature-packed platform that enables job seekers to easily search jobs by keyword, job category, location and job type. Upon registration, job seekers can post their resume on the site and receive alerts for jobs matching their skills and qualifications. Job seekers can also leverage the site's online inbox to organize jobs that they are interested in and jobs for which they have already applied.

Employer features include real-time job posting capabilities, an employer profile, custom mini-site with logo and video and an advanced applicant tracking system. Applications can be received via email as well as routed to the employer's ATS. The cost of a single 60-day job posting is free for a limited time.

Employers currently featured on the site include Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tires Plus, Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc., Hyundai Motor America, UPS, Hertz, Pep Boys, as well as numerous other major companies and automotive dealerships.

"The automotive industry continues to be one of the nation's biggest employers," said Azmy. "As employment levels continue to rise, we look forward to helping jobseekers find opportunities that are aligned with their talent and skills."
