BorgWarner Showcases Expertise and Demonstrates Advanced Technologies at 2015 North American CTI Symposium

AUBURN HILLS, MI -- May 12, 2015: BorgWarner will showcase its expertise and advanced technologies at the 2015 North American Car Training Institute (CTI) Symposium held at the Diamond Center in Novi, Michigan, on May 20 - 21. Technical Presentation: During Session C at 5:15 p.m. on May 20, Transmission Solenoids Engineering Manager Jeff Waterstredt will present "Impact of 48V Architecture on Transmission Actuation," including a discussion on low-power actuators, solenoid design and heat rejection.

Displays and Meetings: In the event's exhibition area, BorgWarner will display friction plates, solenoids and dual-clutch transmission (DCT) clutches as well as inverted tooth engine timing chains, HY-VOŽ chains, GenV all-wheel drive (AWD) couplings and front cross differential (FXD) technology.
