STUTTGART -- April 3, 2015: The drivers and crew of the
Mercedes-AMG DTM Team have long indulged a passion for cycling. As of
today, they have access to the best possible equipment after Swiss cycling
apparel specialist ASSOS became an official team partner.
ASSOS will be supplying the Mercedes-AMG DTM drivers with
hi-tech cycling equipment from the start of the 2015 season onwards.
Cycling is an important component in the training programme of the drivers
and crew, as it plays a vital role in getting them mentally and physically
fit for the challenges ahead.
ASSOS is based in
the Swiss canton of Ticino and boasts a long history of innovation in the
