How to Buy A Luxury Vehicle For A Non-Luxury Car Price

Report highlights top used luxury values for consumers on a modest new car budget

NEW YORK -- April 1, 2015: In parallel to the 2015 New York International Auto Show, NADA Used Car Guide released a report listing used luxury automobiles consumers might consider over new mainstream vehicles. The report­ analyzed three groups of 3-year old or newer luxury vehicles at $20,000, $25,000 and $30,000 price points, with the 2012 Infiniti G sedan, Lexus IS250 AWD and Acura Advance AWD being the priciest in each group, respectively.

According to Jonathan Banks, executive analyst at NADA Used Car Guide, "We found used retail prices to be at least $6,000 to $25,000 below the new price for 2012 or newer vehicles. That's a lot of savings for consumers who happen to be on non-luxury car budgets."
