Ford Publishes 2014 Annual Report and 2015 Proxy Statement; Announces Annual Meeting Date

DEARBORN, MI -- March 27, 2015: Ford Motor Company today published its Annual Report and Proxy Statement.

Ford’s Annual Meeting will be conducted on Thursday, May 14 in Wilmington, Delaware

Ford continues its leadership in environmental preservation with the Annual Report and Proxy Statement using paper made from recycled fiber and encouraging shareholders to receive proxy materials electronically

Ford’s Proxy Statement outlines three company and two shareholder proposals, as well as compensation for this year’s Named Executive Officers

Ford’s Annual Report and Proxy Statement are available at Ford Shareholder. The Annual Report, Proxy Statement and supporting envelopes and documents were printed in the United States on paper containing 10 percent post-consumer recycled fiber and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.

In addition, Ford offers registered shareholders the opportunity to receive proxy materials electronically by registering online with eTree. For each registered shareholder who signs up for electronic delivery of proxy materials, a tree will be planted on that person’s behalf.
