Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three submissions to help create student advocacy programs. First place earns $1,000, second place earns $600 and third place earns $400. The deadline for entries is March 23.

All high school student groups in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties in Maryland, the District of Columbia and northern Virginia are eligible to enter the contest, and can submit an application by visiting wrap.org/files/GEICO_Student_Awards.htm.
