PLYMOUTH, MI -- Oct. 9, 2014: HELLA's high-tech manufacturing facility in Flora, Illinois, has received the General Motors Supplier Quality Excellence Award.
Presented at a recent General Motors dinner in Detroit, the award recognizes top-performing suppliers who meet or exceed a stringent set of criteria focusing on quality performance and have achieved the cross-functional support of GM's entire organization.
"GM's Supplier Quality Excellence Award is an honor we strive to achieve each and every year," said Dr. Marc Rosenmayr, CEO for HELLA Electronics in North and South America. "It recognizes our commitment to operational excellence and demonstrates our dedication to supplying GM with world-class products of the very highest quality."
