GM Declares Dividend on Common Stock

DETROIT -- August 12, 2014: General Motors Co. Board of Directors today declared a third-quarter 2014 dividend of 30 cents per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable Friday, Sept. 26, 2014 to all common stockholders of record as of Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2014.
