1988 VW Golf 1.8 GTI Convertible to be a Help for Heroes

May 8, 2014: A 1988 VW Golf 1.8 GTI Convertible is to be sold at BCA Blackbushe on Monday 12 May with all the proceeds going to Help for Heroes. The car has been donated by the lady owner who has owned it since 1990 and BCA is waiving all fees to ensure the car makes the most possible money when it is sold.

The ‘F’ plate car is currently on display in the concourse at BCA Blackbushe. It is finished in Metallic blue, with a grey cloth interior and has covered 89,000 miles since being registered in November 1988. It has an MOT until April 2015.

The sale includes the original VW branded shopping bag and matching baseball caps that came with the car when it was sold new.
