Mercedes-Benz Club of America Members Display Mercedes-Benz Vehicles at Amelia Island Cars and Coffee at the Concours

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO--Feb. 28, 2014: The Mercedes-Benz Club of America (MBCA) today announced that MBCA members will display their Mercedes-Benz vehicles in the second annual Cars and Coffee at the Concours, presented by Heacock Classic Collector Car Insurance, on Saturday, March 8 at the Golf Club of Amelia Island next to the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island, Florida.
Cars and Coffee at the Concours is expected to attract more than 250 classic and exotic cars from various individuals and car clubs across the country. Vehicles will be displayed on the 10th and 18th fairways of the Golf Club of Amelia Island. This is the same setting for the 19th annual Amelia Island Concours which will be held the next day, Sunday, March 9.
"Our members are ecstatic to participate in Cars & Coffee this year," explained William West Hopper, Eastern Region Director of MBCA. "Our members are passionate about the Mercedes-Benz brand. Members are driving from as far away as Illinois and Massachusetts to partake in this incredible event. It's a special opportunity to display our cars with other classic autos at Amelia. We wouldn't miss it!"
Hopper reports that up to 40 MBCA member's Mercedes-Benz vehicles will be on display; with models ranging from a classic 1957 220S Cabriolet to the sporty 2012 SLS AMG Gullwing, personally owned Mercedes-Benz's that members enjoy on a daily basis.
