Fiat Group Announces Senior Management Changes
LONDON – Feb 4, 2014: Fiat Group Automobiles UK Ltd has announced multiple changes to its marketing structure. Reporting to Marketing Director Elena Bernardelli, four new Senior Managers will head up the Fiat, Jeep and Chrysler, Alfa Romeo and Abarth brands.
Fiat:
Kate McLaren, who has recently joined the organisation,
will take over marketing responsibility for the Fiat brand. Kate has
extensive experience in the areas of both marketing and sales and has
previously worked in the motor industry for manufacturers such as Renault
and Citroen.
Jeep and Chrysler:
Damien Dally has moved from heading up
Alfa Romeo for the last three years to become the new Head of Brand, Jeep
and Chrysler. Damien joined the Fiat Group in 2002 having spent five years
with Audi. In the last 12 years in the Fiat Group Damien has undertaken
many roles within sales and marketing.
Alfa Romeo:
The former head of Abarth in the UK, Ivan Gibson
takes over responsibility for Alfa Romeo. Ivan has been with the Fiat Group
for more than 25 years, and brings with him a wealth of experience in
marketing, sales and aftersales across the Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Abarth
brands.
Abarth:
Gerry Southerington has been appointed as Head of
Brand, Abarth. A Fiat Group employee since 1991, Gerry has had a wide range
of roles cross-brand including Zone Aftersales Manager, Business
Development Manager and National Sales Manager, and most recently he headed
up the Fleet Department for all brands.
