Caterham Cars To Exhibit At Retromobile 2014

CATERHAM, UNITED KINGDOM – Jan 27, 2014: Caterham Cars will attend the popular Rétromobile show, Paris, on 4-9 February for the fourth year running, exhibiting its new line-up of road and track orientated vehicles, as well as products from its motorcycle division.

The spectacular event opens its doorsto motoring enthusiasts for the 39th time and is expected to attract crowds in excess of 90,000during the five-day show.

As one of France’s most prestigious exhibitions for vintage and modern cars, Caterham will assemble an exciting collection of vehicles alongside several manufacturers including BMW, Ferrari and Porsche.

With sales in France representing a third of its export volume in 2013, the refreshed line-up of EU5 and EU6-approved vehicles on show includes the new, economical Seven 165 and the 240ps Seven 485.

As well as the increasingly popular Seven, the impressive new AeroSeven Concept will be joined by the recently announced Classic E-Bike – an all-electric bike with retro styling – and a Caterham F1 car.

Backed by its four official Caterham dealers, France also has a thriving Caterham racing scene, with packed Caterham Academy, Roadsport and R300 grids geared up for a fourth year running.

Caterham Cars’ Chief Commercial Officer, David Ridley, said: “France is one of our key export markets; there’s lots of enthusiasm for the brand and we’ve been able to significantly bolster the model range with some fantastic products at the top and entry-point of the range.

“The show itself is a petrolhead’s dream, with an array of brand new models from prestige manufacturers and many beautiful vintage cars to get up close to.”

Any Caterham driver who brings their Seven key to the stand will also be entitled to a complimentary beverage in the exclusive customer area.
