Euro NCAP names Jeep Cherokee best in class

SYDNEY – Jan 13, 2014: Leading automotive safety organisation Euro NCAP has named Jeep Cherokee one of only six vehicles with best in class safety.

The all-new model outshone its rivals to earn top billing in the Small SUV class, which comes just months after Euro NCAP awarded it with the highest possible five-star safety rating.

Euro NCAP, which is partnered with Australia’s ANCAP (Australasian New Car Assessment Program), puts new vehicles through extensive and thorough crash tests to determine their safety performance.

Jeep Cherokee will launch in Australia in the second quarter of the year.
