MULGRAVE, AUSTRALIA – Jan 2, 2014: BMW Group Australia has launched the BMW Service Inclusive (BSI) and MINI TLC service packages with a revised and simplified pricing and benefit structure.

And the best news for BMW or MINI owners is that both the BSI five year/80,000 km service package and the MINI TLC five year/70,000 km service packages have received heavily reduced price tags.

BMW and MINI owners have reacted strongly to the new service deals and sales of both products have almost doubled since the launch.

John Fairman, general manager of after-sales for BMW Group Australia, said the service packages were implemented to increase customer satisfaction and optimise the customer ownership experience.

“BMW Service Inclusive and MINI TLC both offer a great range of cost effective and flexible packages, but our most popular product is the five year/80,000 km package.

“Knowing the service costs are already taken care of ensures our customers are confident and satisfied and have perfect peace of mind,” said Fairman.

BMW SI is an optional service package which covers basic scheduled service items (including annual vehicle check, oil change and labour costs) from between three to five years and up to 100,000 kms depending on the term selected. A four year/60,000 km basic BMW SI package is standard on M5, 6 Series and 7 Series models.

BMW SI Plus is a top level package and covers the same basic scheduled servicing costs, along with additional maintenance items such as brake pads, brake discs, worn clutches and windscreen wiper blades (in conjunction with an oil service).

MINI offers the same TLC basic and TLC plus options with packages ranging from three to six years and from 50,000 kms to 110,000 kms.
